At Winexpert, we offer a wide range of wine types and levels to suit every taste and budget. If you make wine on our premises, wine making prices include:

• your choice of kit

• labels

• shrink wraps

• all taxes

We can also customize your labels with your name or other personal information at no extra charge. This is especially popular with people planning a special celebration. 

Choosing the level of wine kit to make is a matter of personal preference and life style. All kits make 23 litres (approx. 30 x 750 ml bottles). Some kits are ready to bottle in just four weeks, other kits will be ‘in the carboy’ for six or even eight weeks before they’re ready for you to bottle.

The same award winning kits used for making wine On Premise are also available for Make At Home winemakers. Kits include everything needed to make your wine and when you're ready to bottle you can borrow a small electric filter and floor corker free of charge! (Purchase of filter pads required.)

Wine Kit Levels

Chai Maison is a 7.5 litre kit and makes an easy drinking, early maturing wine. Perfect if you want an excellent quality ‘house wine’.

Vintner’s Reserve kits are made from 100% varietal juice and juice concentrate blend and offer a richer, fuller wine than those made from the Chai Maison kit.

World Vineyard Collection are 10 litre wine kits that give winemakers the opportunity to make great wines from around the world in just four weeks. Featuring popular grape varietals, with grape juices and concentrates from some of the finest growing regions in the world, this kit produces high quality wines that you can enjoy within one month after bottling.

Selection Series wine kits are 15-litre or 16-litre kits, also made from 100% pure varietal grape juice and juice concentrate blend. These are 6-week kits and are sourced from some of the great winemaking regions of the world. You’ll want to leave them in your ‘wine cellar’ a month or two after bottling.

Selection Spéciale includes some remarkable specialty wines. With innovations like Winexpert's F-pack, our Port, Sherry and Icewine styles all offer luscious, long, rich finishes. Kits are 7.5 litres and make 11.5 litres of wine ready to bottle in 6 weeks.

NOTE 11.5 litres equals approx. 15 x 750ml size bottles or 30 x 375ml bottles.

Estate Series include a limited number of prestigious varietals and styles, sourced from exclusive vineyards in the world’s greatest winemaking regions. Blended with 100% pure varietal grape juice and varietal grape juice concentrate, with no added sugars, Selection Estate Series yields wines of exceptional flavour, aroma, and complexity. Kits are 16 litres and produce 23 litres of wine that’s ready to bottle in 8 weeks.

Limited Edition Our Limited Edition list for 2006 was a sell-out as usual. Watch for the announcement of the 2007 Limited Edition wines sometime in September.

We collect your name, address and phone number in order to:

• document ownership of pails and carboys in our fermentation room
• contact customers regarding their wine in our fermentation room
• assist customers in future wine making selections through maintaining a list of wines made and requiring minimal information need be provided (i.e. name, address and phone already on file)

We retain name, address, phone number and purchase information for up to seven (7) years in order to support our financial statements. This information may be made available to:

• government officers including tax and licensing inspectors

We do not buy or sell customer lists or retain payment account information (e.g. Visa number) in conjunction with customer information.

From time to time we mail information to our customers that we feel may be of interest to them. If you would prefer not to receive this type of mailing from us, simply let us know when you're in the store or by calling 905 830-9463 and we’ll update our records with your preference.
